Great first experience and excellent customer service. We came in during the anniversary weekend to try the spa services and weren’t very familiar with everything offered. Meleigha helped us right away and did a great job explaining the services and their benefits in a helpful and informative way. We tried the massage chairs, Skin Wellness Pro, and Angel Red Light Therapy, and really enjoyed it. Her knowledge and honest genuine recommendations made it easy to understand the value, which ultimately convinced us to sign up for a membership! Looking forward to coming back and seeing results!

The beds are great! However, it would be wonderful if the service could focus more on assisting guests with their needs rather than pushing them to buy extra items. Alternatively, having dedicated staff to guide guests to their rooms would be a huge help. I’ve noticed that both locations have been run similarly, which can be quite frustrating, especially when it takes an hour to get a 12-minute tan.

Wow! Because we showed up on their Anniversary Weekend, we were allowed up to 4 different services for free! Yes, for free, you read that correctly:) As visitors for an out of town family wedding, we couldn’t help but feel as though we had hit the jackpot!! I only ended up doing 3 out of four services, due to time constraints on my part. My first service, the full body massage chairs (20 mins). It actually loosened up my right shoulder, which had been bothering me all morning. I felt much more relaxed overall, than when I first arrived to the spa. Second service was the Red Light Therapy Booth (8 mins) I think with several visits this would make a difference. I enjoyed the opportunity to experience something new. My last service was the Versa Spa Spray Tan, which I did end up paying $10, because I got the rapid development option (otherwise it would have been free that day). The gals at the front desk were knowledgeable, patient and very kind. I only wish I lived in Texas, so I could return. Go here, you will not be disappointed:)

What a wonderful full experience. The women who work here are the real deal, so engaging and the salon is very cool. I was treated so poorly by Palm Beach Tanning that I needed to find a new place near me. Glo has so much more to offer an you feel like a VIP from the moment you step in the salon. Bought a membership and cannot wait to get back. Thank you ladies for all that you do.
